User Agreement for Pakistani Players

wc77 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by wc77 may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration & Single Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the wc77 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different email addresses, different device identifiers, or different household members — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account termination.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and active Pakistani mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update any information that changes following registration. wc77 shall not be liable for any consequences arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account details.

Account credentials — specifically your password and any two-factor authentication codes — are personal and confidential. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. wc77 does not accept any liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify wc77's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

wc77 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) exclusively through the payment methods listed on the wc77 cashier page at the time of deposit. Accepted methods currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency. wc77 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove available payment methods without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) is PKR 500;
• The minimum deposit amount for bank transfer methods is PKR 2,000;
• Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the same name as the wc77 account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned less any applicable processing fees;
• wc77 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which wc77 accepts no responsibility;
• Deposits are credited to your wc77 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. wc77 is not responsible for delays attributable to the payment provider's processing systems.

Players may request withdrawals of their available real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds still subject to wagering requirements) subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals from unverified accounts will not be actioned until identity verification is complete;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. In cases where this is not possible, wc77 may request additional documentation;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts: PKR 1,000 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa; PKR 2,000 for bank transfers;
• Processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 1–3 hours for verified accounts; bank transfers within 4–12 hours; USDT within 30–60 minutes;
• wc77 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal above PKR 50,000 or any withdrawal that triggers an AML compliance review;
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where wc77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

wc77 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the following general bonus conditions:

• Bonus offers are intended for personal recreational use only. Professional gamblers, individuals using automated betting systems, or individuals demonstrating systematic bonus exploitation patterns are not eligible for wc77 promotional offers;
• Each eligible promotional offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Where a promotional offer's specific terms conflict with this general provision, the specific terms shall prevail;

• wc77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations already incurred in good faith;
• Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds may be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period specified for the relevant promotion;
• Where a Player makes a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be voided by wc77;
• Suspected abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements — may result in the forfeiture of bonus winnings and the suspension of promotional privileges.

7. Gaming Rules & Bet Validity

All casino games offered on wc77 are provided by certified third-party game suppliers whose software has been independently tested and certified for fairness and correct RTP performance. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wc77 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one wc77 account (duplicate account policy);
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or KYC verification;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or otherwise unauthorised payment credentials to deposit funds;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the wc77 platform;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technological means to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software glitches, errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Accessing the wc77 platform from a jurisdiction where your use of the platform is prohibited;
• Allowing a third party — including a minor — to access or use your wc77 account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards wc77 staff or other platform users.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit wc77's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

wc77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Discovery of duplicate accounts or identity fraud;
• Suspected or confirmed bonus abuse or collusion;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Player or a third-party responsible gambling authority;
• Detection of activity consistent with money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Regulatory instruction or court order requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, wc77 reserves the right to withhold any bonus-derived winnings and to offset any amounts owed to wc77 against the Player's real-money balance before returning remaining funds via the Player's registered payment method.

Where changes are material, wc77 will provide Players with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice prior to the changes taking effect, by displaying a prominent notification on the wc77 platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending an email to the registered email address associated with each active account.

Continued use of the wc77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your account and withdraw your available balance before the amendment takes effect.
